The Story of Shady Ridge
Nestled in the woodlands of Littleton, Maine, Shady Ridge began as a dream to create something special for Aroostook County. We saw an opportunity to build more than a disc golf course—we wanted to create a destination.
When Eric McCabe, PDGA World Champion and renowned course designer, came on board, that dream became reality. His vision for the land transformed rolling terrain and mature forests into 18 holes of championship-caliber disc golf.
Every hole at Shady Ridge tells a story. From the tight wooded lines that demand precision to the open fairways that reward power, the course offers challenges and rewards for players of every skill level.
But Shady Ridge is about more than the course itself. It's about community—bringing people together outdoors, creating memories, and sharing the beauty of Northern Maine with the world.
