Directions to the Course
Use these simple approach notes if you are traveling Route 1 from either direction.
Approaching from Southern Route 1
If you are heading north on Route 1 toward Littleton, watch for Beals Country Store before your turnoff area.
Beals makes an easy last stop for drinks, snacks, ice, or quick supplies before heading to the course.
After that, continue to the course turnoff and follow local road access into Shady Ridge.
Approaching from Northern Route 1
If you are coming down Route 1 from the north, there is also a Beals Country Store right before the turnoff route on that end.
It is another convenient stop to grab anything you need before your round.
Continue past that point to the turnoff and head in toward the course entrance.
Nearby Landmark
Wilderness Pines is right down the street, making the area especially convenient for campers, travelers, and players building a bigger Northern Maine outdoor trip.
If you are making a weekend out of it, the area around the course gives you a good mix of woods, local stops, and easy access from Route 1.
