Aroostook County Handicap League – Player Q&A

🥏 Aroostook County Handicap League – Player Q&A

🔄 How long does the UDisc league run?

Each UDisc league session runs for 14 days, so to keep our league going all summer, we’ll run it in 4 separate 14-day blocks. That means you’ll have multiple chances to compete, improve your handicap, and win prizes!

📍 Why does UDisc only show one course for the event?

UDisc currently does not allow multiple courses in a single league listing. While we’re using multiple layouts and courses in our local league, only one can be shown on UDisc.

Don’t worry—we’re still tracking everything accurately in our custom leaderboard system:

⚖️ What does the ⚖️ symbol next to my name mean in UDisc?

That icon means you’re new to the league and this is your opportunity to establish an initial handicap. Just play your round and we’ll use that score to set your baseline!

🧮 What is handicap scoring and how does it work?

Handicap scoring levels the playing field by comparing your score to your personal average, not just the top scores in the league. If you shoot better than your normal score, you’ll rise in the rankings!

  • New players establish their handicap in their first round.
  • Returning players see handicap adjustments applied automatically.
  • Everyone gets a fair shot at performing their personal best!

📱 How do I see my handicap and score?

Your handicap appears:

  • At check-in
  • On your scorecard
  • On the UDisc leaderboard

You can view results sorted by handicap-adjusted scores or raw total strokes.

🧾 Where do I submit my round?

Use the Google Form after your round to submit your scores:

🏆 Can I give feedback or ask questions about handicap scoring?

Yes! UDisc is actively improving the handicap feature and welcomes your input:

  • Reply to their upcoming feedback survey
  • Email them at help@udisc.com
